Location:
ArguineguÍn and patalavaca are popular villages for new residents looking for a second home, and with good reason. Despite the large number of newcomers and tourists, the area has preserved its original charm and the authentic and relaxed Canarian atmosphere. In the harbour local fishing boats and tourist ferries lie side by side, and the area has several beaches, supermarkets, all necessary services and the very popular Anfi complex. Kilometres of beachfront walkways and mountain treks invite to hikes at your pace, and the Atlantic Ocean sunsets are an unforgettable display of brilliant colours.
While retaining the traditional and old village character, Arguineguín has very much improved its infrastructures the lasts years. Here you are provided with high quality public services (swimming pool, fitness centre, etc.), several modern supermarkets, or shopping centres like La Marea with numerous franchise stores, or the outdoor shopping centre Ancora, where you find cafés with an animated social life in an international environment.
A further improvement is planned for the next years; the project Costa de Mogán should be completed, which includes the remodelling of the promenade between Arguineguín and Anfi del Mar and the construction of several beaches.
