Villa with guesthouse in Cala Blava
In an idyllic location near the sea, this charming property offers ideal conditions. The house from 1958 is the first one built in Cala Blava and remains in the family's possession to this day. It features a typical Ibiza style with a warm Mallorcan flair inside. In 1995, the family's grandfather decided to build a second house on the property, which would serve as a guesthouse. This second villa exudes Mediterranean elegance and is accessible from both Cala Blava and the town of Son Veri Nou. The house in Cala Blava welcomes you with a cozy living-dining room that connects directly to the kitchen and features a pre-installed fireplace. Four bedrooms, three of which are on the ground floor, along with three bathrooms (one en suite) and a guest toilet, offer comfort and privacy. The kitchen is equipped with a small pantry, and the utility room is located under the spacious covered terrace. The villa from 1995 stands out with its two living-dining areas, also equipped with fireplace preparation and old wooden beam ceilings, as well as a separate, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en suite), and a guest toilet. Additional features include individual garages for both houses and a generous courtyard-style terrace divided into various areas by wrought iron gates. Optionally, a swimming pool can be built on the front terrace. Further amenities include natural gas, air conditioning (hot/cold), central heating, mosquito nets on the windows, an automatic irrigation system, and handcrafted Iroko wood carpentry, all for a Mediterranean-style life near the sea.
