Caudete is a lovely Spanish town with a British indoor market at the weekend. There are hospitals, schools, two train stations, including the new high-speed train that can be in Alicante in 15 minutes, or in Madrid in less than 2 hours. There is a tennis academy, a museum, a Go-Cart race track and a sports center all close by, either in the village or in the town of Villena, just ten minutes' drive from Caudete. There are large supermarkets and many banks, restaurants and cafes close to the property. Caudete is just 45 minutes from Alicante's beautiful beaches.
