Location

The apartment complex Sea Breeze (formerly Peñamar I) is located in the peaceful valley of Barranco Agua La Perra, also known as Little Puerto Rico, New Puerto Rico or the New Valley.

Its south-west orientation delights us with amazing views and sunsets over the ocean and the yacht marina, where one can enjoy sailing, deep-sea fishing and all other types of water sports.

The area is sought after by those who yearn peace and tranquillity whilst enjoying what is most probably the best micro-climate in the world, a climate with more sun and less wind.

In the valley you will find a modern Tennis Club and popular mountain trails leading to Puerto Rico and Arguineguin. You will also find a small shopping centre with several good restaurants.

Located at only a 10/15 minute drive, you will find 4 marvellous golf courses, with Anfi Tauro being the closest.

The sheltered beach of Puerto Rico (at only 500 metres) is a favourite for sun worshippers and has a coastal path that leads to the white sandy beach of Amadores, the path is ideal for a relaxing stroll or for a jog whilst enjoying the sunrise or the sunset.

From the harbour there are tourist ferries operating on a daily basis to take you to Arguineguín or Puerto de Mógan, and from the bus station there are also daily departures to destinations all over the island including the airport and the capital city of Las Palmas.

The current prices are special due to the fact that the improvements have not as yet been carried out and cannot be seen and appreciated, once finished the prices will increase. Therefore it will be cheaper if you reserve now.

* Due to the fact that the pool is heated with environmentally friendly solar energy, it is possible that the temperature may lower slightly on cloudy days, of which we have very few here in Gran Canaria 🙂

*Hot water in the apartments is obtained from solar energy and is stored in electric water heaters, thus guaranteeing a continuous supply in both the bathroom and kitchen.
