An ideal winter/spring rental for Digital Nomads or anyone looking to enjoy some time in Andalucia .

THE RENTAL 

There are two very picturesque well maintained and furnitured holiday cottages , situated on a spacios country plot of land, which enjoys extraordinary views to the Serrania mountains . 

Each cottage has two bedrooms and two bathrooms . Open plan living space with fireplace . Well equipped for holiday rentals.  There is a large swimmng pool , terraces and an exterior barbeque.  Wifi . 

The property is fully fenced and has double gated entrance into the Finca. 

The cottages can be rented by a small group of up to 8 people, who would like to share a co-living/working arrrangement , or they can be rented separately .  

Minimum rental period is 3 months .

Rental Rates :-   The two cottages together  , €1,100 per month – water and electricity and internet connection  to be paid by the renters.   Maximum capacity 8 people
                           OR €600 per month plus utilites for an individual cottage .     Maximum capacity 4 people .

Dogs accepted – ( within reason – Not more than 2 )
