Search and you will find your dream home

This week, MiMove is launching two new exciting features that will make your search for your dream home in the sun so much easier: One subscription service where you will get an email alert when new properties that correspond with your saved searches are added to the portal and an advanced search filter.

Subscribe to new properties

Let us start with the subscription feature.  There is already the possibility to save a favorite property by clicking the heart at the bottom right corner of  the property photographs.  Then it is saved under the heart symbol in your profile.  From this week, you can also create an account with us and save your favourites and also get an email once a week, with newly added properties that match your saved searches.  That way, you never risk missing out on the property of your dreams.

Create an alert

When you select something to filter your searches, like price or number of bedrooms the Receive alerts link is activated.  As soon as you click on the link, you will be prompted to sign into your account or register for a new one if you haven’t yet registered.  When you are in your account you can save the search under the name of your choice.

Search for what is important to you

When you enter MiMove.com and click For Sale or For Rent, you get all properties as a long list.  But perhaps you would like to narrow your search down a little?  You can enter the location or use the map, you can choose the number of bedrooms, type of property, the highest or the lowest price and so on.

Advanced search

Perhaps you would rather narrow your search even more?  Perhaps you are specifically looking for a wheelchair friendly home or one with a terrace?  Or what about you have a specific wish for palm trees in the garden, a separate utility area, child care, panoramic views, in a proximity of a golf court, fireplace, tennis court or something else?

With MiMove advanced search, you can select those search criteria and many more under Search by keyword.

By clicking Search by keyword, you can type in your desired item, garden etc.  Press return to see your selection of dream homes in the sun.  You can then save this alert by pressing the Receive Alert.

To see your alerts, press on your profile, Saved alerts.  You can edit or delete your saved alerts.
