PS Estates, founded in 2021, is a collaboration between 2 former work colleagues who, after years of working together in the real estate business on the Costa Blanca, have decided to share our experiences both positive and not so positive, to create a new concept where customer service and customer satisfaction are paramount. 

Our aim is to bring a new dimension where honesty and clarity are key. We have taken careful note of comments and recommendations from previous clients of their experiences whilst purchasing property overseas. Each part of the process, from the initial enquiry to well after taking over the property has been scrutinized and our business model is based on making the experience as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.
